Ensure your items are unopened, in their original vacuum-sealed packaging, and were purchased within the last 14 days.
Contact Support
Email our concierge team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with the RA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
